A new menace has emerged in town, known as Nina. Once an ordinary fan of Jeff The Killer, her life took a dark turn following a traumatic experience in her school years when she and her brother were relentlessly bullied. In a moment of rage, she exacted revenge on her tormentors and subsequently altered her appearance by bleaching her skin to achieve a ghostly pallor. The game offers two compelling storylines: Play as Poisonguy, on a relentless pursuit of Nina, or take on the role of Nina the Killer herself as you attempt to escape from the asylum.
